Many of our clients answer to boards, funders or auditors. We work so that every hour and every line of code can be traced to a task and to a test.

Task-level plan. We split each engagement into tasks. Each task has a written acceptance test.

Hours logged per task. Invoices list the hours by task and by work period.

Your repository from day one. The code, the documentation and the history belong to you.

Automated tests on every change, run in continuous integration.

A failing test for every control. We remove each security control on purpose and check that its test fails. If a control has never failed a test, we do not accept it.

Independent review. A second engineer approves every change before it is merged.

Your acceptance. You accept each deliverable against its written test before it is signed off.

Handover. Architecture diagrams, runbooks and a recorded walkthrough.
